These Terms of Service govern your use of the Neayu platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Neayu services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

2. 2. Service Description

   Neayu provides a digital platform connecting users with licensed mental health professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, and counsellors. Services are delivered via secure video, phone, or messaging. All clinical services are provided by independent practitioners and not by Neayu directly. Neayu facilitates the matching, scheduling, and payment processing but does not practice medicine or psychology.

3. 3. User Responsibilities

   You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and assessment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not misuse the platform, including attempting to access another user's account, submitting false information, or using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. 4. Privacy & Data Protection

   Your privacy is paramount. All personal and health information shared on Neayu is encrypted at rest and in transit, and is handled in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. 5. Appointments & Cancellations

   Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Your counsellor may also cancel sessions with appropriate notice. Neayu is not liable for any loss arising from appointment changes initiated by the counsellor due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. 6. Prohibited Conduct

   You agree not to use Neayu for any unlawful activity, to harass or abuse any counsellor or user, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. Neayu reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations of this policy, without refund.

7. 7. Limitation of Liability

   Neayu acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, outcome, or appropriateness of clinical services provided by independent practitioners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neayu disclaims all warranties regarding the platform's uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. 8. Contact & Dispute Resolution

   For questions about these terms or to raise a concern, please contact us through our support channels. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neayu operates, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
